Atlas Protocol, ATP, was distributed back on November 28th, 2018 and operates without requiring a central bank or single administration. It is not a mineable decentralized digital currency. This means in order to get ATP, you are able to go from an exchange. The coin uses the Proof of Work (PoW) consensus.
