NavCoin uses the symbol "NAV" and works without being controlled by a single administration, such as a central bank. It is not a mineable decentralized cryptocurrency, so in order to obtain NAV, you must buy them with a currency exchange service. It utilizes the proof of work and proof of stake (pow/pos) consensus and the X13 algorithm.
