Zcash (ZEC) has been around since the end of 2016 and is growing day by day. Like most cryptocurrencies, it is based on bitcoin, is open source and runs on the blockchain, which is a shared public ledger of all transactions. Zcash, (symbol ZEC) was announced on October 28th, 2016 and runs separately from a central bank. Zcash, a decentralized crypto coin, follows the EquiHash algorithm along with the Proof of Work (PoW) consensus. We have made a calculator for Zcash, to help estimate the profitability of mining the coin. We have built a mining calculator widget, which you can embed on your page.
