SHA-224 is part of the SHA-2 family of cryptographic hash functions. SHA-2 was originally designed by the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) and published in 2001 by the NIST as a U.S. Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS). SHA-224 differs from SHA-256, since it produces a 224-bit (28-byte) hash value, typically rendered as a hexadecimal number, 56 digits long.
Currently, we list 1 cryptocurrency for the SHA-224 algorithm.
